Adiós 2017, it’s been a pleasure dining with you! As we farewell another great year of Ceviches and Pisco. We say Hola to 2018 and plan on doing it Peruvian style. Dine with us at Pastuso for Año Nuevo and we will get you ready for whatever adventures you have planned for the night.
We are offering a fantastic NYE celebratory set menu, including Peruvian classics and some premium specials. Or we will have our regular menu available for you to choose your own favourite dishes.
HUANCAINA – Native potato chips with a traditional Peruvian cheese and yellow chilli sauce
From our ceviche bar:
PERUANO — Ruby red snapper cured in lemon juice with caramelised sweet potato and cancha
MARLIN NIKKEI — Marlin fillet with braised shiitake mushrooms, aji mirasol and red wine vinegar dressing.
From our street food:
PASTEL DE CHOLO — Sweet corn cake with whipped feta, black garlic, baby corn, asparagus, spring onion and alfalfa.
PICANTE DE MARISCOS – Hiramasa Kingfish, Diamond shell clams served with a light Peruvian style broth.
From our Grill
BIFE DE TERNERA – 300 gr. 15 day dry aged Gippsland Natural Beef Oyster blade cooked on our charcoal grill, served smoked white cabbage and apple cider vinaigrette.
CAMOTE Y ZANAHORIA - Roasted sweet potato, shaved carrots, cashews and parsley with orange and chilli dressing.
YUCAS - Cassava chips served with spicy rocoto mayonnaise.
NYE Special dessert.

We arer offering a new year’s eve set lunch and dinner for $100, which includes six courses and a glass of Spanish sparkling wine
$35 Kids menu (under 12 years old) Crispy chicken fries and home made ice-cream.
Booking would be available
Lunch from 12 pm till 3 pm
