The Coast is demonstrated at the Cevicheria . This is an Australian first offering many varieties of ceviche (fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices).


The Andes is expressed through the Parrilla (charcoal grill), The Cilindro (smoker) and the spit where traditional methods and flavours are embraced.

 

The Jungle is represented through our Pisco bar and our desserts where it all comes together in a lustful burst of energy and excitement through the different expressions of Pisco and exotic fruits and flavours.

Our wine list has a South American focus while also offering wines from all around the world, this was selected to allow us to choose, without restraint, the wines that we think will best match the food and bring the most pleasure to the customer.


Our Pisco Bar is a first of its kind in Australia with its drinks list founded on Peru’s national spirit Pisco, a grape brandy distilled in copper pots…

We take advance bookings for approximately half the restaurant so that you can plan an important lunch or special dinner with us.


The remainder of the restaurant available for walk in customers and as we are open right through the afternoon you can come in at any time and enjoy the Peruvian experience.

Our private dining space can adapt to meet your needs and can accommodate between 10 and 32 people depending on availability.


The walls are adorned with wine boxes from around the world that gives it the feel of a rustic style wine cellar. It creates a beautiful and intimate dinning space while not being totally shut off from experiencing the atmosphere of Pastuso.
