Do I need to make a reservation?
While we do leave limited bar seating for those that choose to walk-in on the night, a reservation is the only way we can guarantee availability and we strongly encourage you to make one. You can make a reservation here!
How long do we have the table for?
Bookings have a 2-hour sitting only, as the table will be rebooked after this time. This time limit does not apply for large bookings in our private dining room.
What is your cancellation policy?
No charge will be made to your card upon booking, however if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation or fail to attend, a cancellation fee per person will apply.
Do you have high chairs?
Unfortunately we can’t provide high chairs, but you are welcome to bring your own highchair, pram or booster seat. If you elect to do so, we kindly request that you let us know in advance, so we can ensure you have adequate space.
Can you provide a cake? Can we bring our own?
Pastuso cannot provide cakes outside of our dessert menu, but you are welcome to bring your own with a cakeage fee of $4,50 per person.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! We can cater to most mainstream dietary requirements. However, we are not a 100% allergen free kitchen. On rare occasions cross-contamination could occur, and our restaurant is unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of traces. Patrons are encouraged to consider this information in light of their individual requirements and needs. Please contact the restaurant directly to ensure your needs can be met.
Can you cater for halal?
All O'Connor's Beef is produced by Halal approved butchers, however our cooking process may not meet your preferences. Pastuso has one charcoal grill where all cooking takes place, including non-Halal-approved products. Please contact the restaurant in advance for further details regarding your booking and preparation options.
Can we book on the bar? Can you have dinner at the bar?
Our Pisco bar is available on a walk in basis. Unfortunately we cannot serve dinner at the bar, drinks and snacks only.
Can I book for a group of friends where some of them won’t be eating, only drinking?
Unfortunately our tables are for dinner reservations only where all the guest must be dining.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, we are not a licensed BYO venue and unfortunately do not offer corkage.
Is there parking close by?
Parking is available for $10 on weekdays (after 3pm) and all day on weekends at ACDC garage.
What surcharges apply?
A 10% surcharge is applied to all food and beverage on weekends and a 15% surcharge on public holidays. All bookings of 8 or more will incur a 5% service charge to the final total of the bill.

VISA Credit – 1.12%
MasterCard Credit – 1.10%
EFTPOS – 0.14%
UnionPay Debit – 0.80%
UnionPay Credit – 1.81%
