Celebrate the flavours of Australia with a Peruvian twist at Pastuso Nativo, a thrilling five-course dinner that holds a magnifying glass to native Australian ingredients through stunning, elevated dishes.
Head Chef Samuel Rivas fuses native produce such as finger limes, saltbush, and Barramundi from the Northern Territory with traditional Peruvian flavours iconic to Pastuso to create a vibrant, inventive menu that celebrates far more than just food.
