Dive into 2023 with Pastuso’s seaside fiesta!

Our ocean-inspired New Year’s Event will present the finest selection of seafood, from fresh and cured in ceviches or smokey and charred from the charcoal-grill. A carefully curated seafood menu by Head Chef Samuel Rivas will incorporate elements of traditional Peruvian cuisine with a vibrant and exciting twist.

Nestled at the end of iconic AC/DC lane, the venue will transport you to an ocean oasis. Pastuso’s memorable Chicha street art that adorns the walls will overlook a dining room decorated with ocean and seaside elements.

ARIA award-winning 3 piece band Inka Marka will fill the space with lively, soulful Andean music. The engaging live performances will set the scene while you feast.

Ocean-inspired dress is optional but encouraged! From nautical stripes to full mermaid, the world is your oyster.

This New Year’s Eve, say adiós to the year that has been with Pisco Sours and premium seafood. As the clock strikes twelve, let the tide carry you into 2023 and celebrate Pastuso style!

PAN DE QUINOA - Fermented cassava bread, quinoa, cultured maca butter

EMPANADAS DE PICANTE DE CAMARONES – Traditional Peruvian pastry, dried Peruvian chilies and prawn stew, ají de la casa

CEVICHE DE TRUCHA - Cured Eildon farm rainbow trout, cultured buttermilk, cucumber and avocado dressing

CHICHARRÓN DE PESCADO - Crispy monkfish fillet, sea coriander tartare sauce, ripe plantain puree, salsa criolla.

ANTICUCHOS - Sher wagyu beef skewers, ají panca marinate and huacatay dressing

If you need to cancel within 7 days, you will receive 50% refund, and any cancellations within 72 hours will not receive a refund.
