On October 5th, an extraordinary culinary event is set to delight food lovers on the Sunshine Coast. The iconic Pastuso restaurant has pioneered Melbourne’s Peruvian dining scene for 10 years, and is now heading north to join forces with Noosa’s beloved Coya for an unforgettable restaurant takeover. This special event promises to be a vibrant fusion of tradition, innovation, and unmatched flavours.

Head Chef Dwi Ayu of Pastuso, renowned for her expertise in modern Peruvian cuisine, has curated an exclusive menu for the occasion. This unique collaboration will see Chef Ayu working alongside Coya Head Chef Thomas Lavant and his talented team to bring a slightly more casual, yet equally enticing interpretation of Peruvian dishes. Expect a colourful medley of bold, fresh, and smoky flavours with locally sourced seafood and ingredients that will transport you straight to the heart of Peru, within Coya’s architecturally designed and award-winning venue.
