Celebrate Peru Independence day with us at Pastuso!

Peru Independence Day is all about feasting on delicate ceviches, sipping smooth Pisco Sours and connecting with those around us.

To kickstart the festivities this year, every diner who joins us on Sunday July 28th will receive a complimentary Pisco Sour on arrival, and the ARIA award-winning traditional Andean band Inka Marka will play from 12pm - 3pm.

Head Chef Dwi Ayu has prepared some traditional specials on Sunday July 28th to showcase Peruvian culture and flavour! Specials available both lunch and dinner such as;

Trio de Ceviches

Three different ceviches: Classic carretillero, Blue Fin tuna Nikkei and Chifa ceviche

Pachamanca

Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, Bannockburn chicken thigh and pork belly with Andean potatoes, Muña, white corn.
Picarones

Sweet potato and pumpkin donuts, chancaca syrup, everyone’s favourite here at Pastuso!
