This masterclass combines the expertise of Head Chef Dwi Ayu with Pastuso’s diverse selection of Pisco to deliver a fun and intimate experience for Pastuso fans alike.
Learn how to make our acclaimed Pisco Sour and taste the difference between the most exclusive Peruvian Piscos available in the market, then Ayu will show how she selects seafood for ceviche (paying particularly close attention to the seasons) as well as how to prepare and serve this classic dish.
